Rachanee Thevenet

Prior to HT Localization, Rachanee spent over 12 years in the financial services industry with Charles Schwab in San Francisco, CA, where she held various roles in product development & management and project management. Her expertise in client experience helped to drive the success of Schwab.com, various client web tools and wealth management solutions. Early in her career, she worked in Schwab International, where she helped to open the Hong Kong and Cayman Island offices and brought Schwab’s products & service to those local markets. Before the financial services industry, she was a chemical engineer working with global clients such as Chevron, Dow Chemical, and Bayer. Rachanee has a BS in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco, California. She has a strong focus on client experience and collaboration to methodically solve problems using process driven discipline.
